Shipping & returns

Delivery

We ship from Ireland. The countries we deliver to and their shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders outside the EU may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days in Ireland, 3–7 working days in the EU, and 7–14 working days elsewhere.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@longgamejournals.com, or use the model withdrawal form. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returns

Return items unused and in their original condition to 625 Clonard Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12, D12 C5F2, Ireland. You bear the direct cost of returning them.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the payment method you used to order. This includes standard delivery costs; if you chose a faster delivery option we refund the standard rate.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described you are entitled under law to a repair, replacement or refund. Email us with your order number and we'll put it right at no cost to you. This is in addition to your right to cancel.
